- Save. Each agent (including you) then connects their own personal Zoom login separately, using the card further down this page.
This connects your own individual Zoom login — not a shared company account. Each agent connects separately here, and meetings are always created under whichever agent is scheduling.

Landing Pages

How this works
- Click New Landing Page and fill in a title, headline, and (optionally) link it to one of your properties.
- Save it — the CRM gives you a Preview link you can open right away.
- Anyone who fills out the form on that page becomes a new lead automatically, right here in the CRM.
- You don't need to put this on your website yet. Once your website is ready, just send us the link and we'll connect it for you.

How this works
- In Meta Business Manager, create (or use) a Facebook App and set up a Webhook for Lead Ads.
- Paste the Webhook URL and Verify Token below into that Meta setup screen.
- Generate a Page Access Token for the Facebook Page running your ads, and paste it below.
- Save — new form submissions from your ads will now appear automatically in Leads & Clients, tagged "Meta Ads".
If this sounds unfamiliar, send these three values to whoever manages your Meta Ads account — they'll know how to complete the setup on Meta's side.
Google Lead Form Ads
Automatically pull leads from Google's native Lead Form ad extensions into this CRM.
How this works
- In Google Ads, open Tools > Bulk Actions > Lead form extensions for the campaign running your Lead Form ads.
- Choose Webhook delivery as the download method (Google Ads calls this a "Webhook integration").
- Paste the Webhook URL and Webhook Key below into that Google Ads setup screen.
- Save — new form submissions from your Google ads will now appear automatically in Leads & Clients, tagged "Google Ads".
This only works for Google's native Lead Form ads (not regular Search/Display ads that send clicks to your website — those are already covered by Website Integration once your site is connected). If this is unfamiliar, send these values to whoever manages your Google Ads account.
Website Lead Capture API Key
Used by your landing pages and website forms to submit new leads directly into this CRM.
This key is not fully secret
Every published landing page embeds this key in its page source so the "Request Details" form can submit leads — anyone who views the page source can see it. That's expected and fine for its purpose (it can only add new leads, nothing else), but if you ever suspect it's being abused — a flood of obviously fake leads, for example — click Regenerate Key below. Existing published landing pages will automatically start using the new key next time they're opened, so there's nothing else to update.
